Bottle Drive Bliss

Our first Bottle Drive of
the Summer session was solid! Thanks for all the
Aquaduck help. Let's do it again in two weeks and them
BAM we're done for bottle drives!
New coach Wylie Harder

The Revelstoke Summer Swim
Club is proud to announce Aquaduck Alumnus Wylie Harder as
the newest member of our summer
coaching staff. Welcome aboard, Wylie!
Strong Registration Numbers
(April 4th)
Initial numbers are strong
for this season's Revelstoke Aquaduck Summer Swimmers.
In fact, it's been ten years or more since there have been
numbers this high for our summer program. Our club
continues to build on the recent club culture of not just
fun, but also winning: for example, last year we had a
record number of medals at the provincial championships.
Another season of great fun and fast swimming is just around
the corner!
BCSSA Coaches' Clinic (Mar.4th)
On
Saturday, May 5th we will be hosting a volunteer coaches
clinic put on by an instructor from the BCSSA. This will
take place from 9am to 5pm...6 hours of classroom and 2
hours of on deck instruction. If your son/daughter is
available to attend this clinic please contact me to sign
them up. We have many young senior swimmers who are
presently wanting to volunteer coach and this would be a
valuable tool for them. The preferred age to take this
course is 13 years of age or older. There may be a minimal
fee associated with this course but we will let you know
that at a later date.
